• We offer free shipping for orders over NTD＄8000($250USD) in the USA, Australia, Japan, Korea and Canada. All oversea orders ship via DHL.
  
  
• We also offer free shipping for orders over NTD＄3000 in the Taiwan.and offer in-store pickup( 7-11 , Family ) and home delivery.

All oversea orders ship via DHL. Please refer to their websites for specific shipping regions. Shipping address at checkout should be provided in English. Any other languages and missing fields will cause a delay in fulfilling your order. Please allow up to 3-14 day for your package to arrive if it is international. International shipping charges are based on total price of items, the weight of the package, and it’s destination. Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If the carrier attempts to deliver your order and you are not at home, please take the necessary steps to retrieve the order.

 

All applicable customs and broker fees along with taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of the Customs agent to release your package. We have no control over possible delays due to Customs once the package has left the Taiwan. We have no control over how much duties and fees to your country are.
